We design pedestrian circulation from passenger arrivals to ticket offices, from waiting lounges to bus platforms in the shortest, most straightforward, and most unobstructed way possible. Similarly, we ensure maximum safety and smooth flow by separating bus entry and exit maneuvers, platform docking, and taxi and private vehicle waiting areas so they don’t interfere with pedestrian traffic.
  2. High-Durability Flooring and Structural Solutions: A terminal is subject to the constant movement of tons of buses and the footsteps of millions of passengers. Therefore, in the platforms and parking areas where buses maneuver, we use industrial concrete floors with special additives that are resistant to abrasion, oil, and heavy loads. For interior spaces, we choose floor coverings that are suitable for heavy pedestrian traffic, non-slip, easy to clean, and durable.
  3. Passenger-Focused Comfort and Service Areas: A modern terminal shouldn’t be a stressful waiting area for passengers. We prioritize passenger comfort with spacious and airy waiting lounges, a sufficient number of hygienic restrooms, easily accessible food and beverage areas, and clear, easy-to-understand signage. Furthermore, from baggage claim areas to left-luggage offices, every detail is planned and built to make passengers’ lives easier.
  4. Security and Technological Infrastructure: Security is our top priority in these public spaces where thousands of people congregate. We maintain a secure 24/7 environment with high-resolution closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems covering the entire area, modern fire detection and suppression systems, an emergency announcement infrastructure, and adequate lighting. We also integrate technological infrastructure such as digital information displays (FIDS) into our projects, allowing passengers to easily track flight information.
